You might have noticed a minor blitzkrieg of emails from a guy who calls himself Nikolaj telling you that he can help you improve. Sure, you thought, just another Nigerian guy with heritage from a distant cousin. Well, it is not a scam this time, so hurry up and remove him from the digital purgatory, your spam folder.
Nikolaj is our Customer Success Manager and his sole job is to help you improvehow you handle your legal work. He ensures that we are able to live up to our mantra: Your success is our success!

Customers Success Manager is not just another new euphemistic title. He is literally here to help you become more successful and to manage the success you have already earned. His job is to service you, our customers, and to help you get the most out of our product. Let us hear it from the man himself,

As a Customer Success Manager, Nikolaj must also be seen as a kind of client advocate. He has a BA in Medialogy and he has flair for coding as well as communication. He knows the product from A to Z and more importantly; he is able to translate the nerdy coding stuff into a language that you understand. He also knows how to navigate in the dark and scary underworld of computer freaks and he speaks their language. You should see him as your mediator, your voice, your go-to guy that will defend your case when you need new features or need us to optimize our product. As he says himself:
“A Customers Succes Manager, I am basically like your psychiatrist. I listen patiently to your problems, I try to understand your setup, and then I help you make a tailor-made Contractbook-solution that suits your specific business.”
Why are you so interested in my success, you think? First of all, Nikolaj is our churnfighter. If you do not understand our platform or if you use it ineffectively, you are of course more likely to find other solutions. Nikolaj is 27 years old and every mother’s dream. He was born and raised in Kolding, or as he calls it, “Kollywood or 6000 Slice Town” (Apparently they have a thing for huge pizza slices in Kolding, who knew?). He is a grounded, patient and an extremely polite fellow with a cute smile and pure heart. Nikolaj came in touch with Contractbook as an Intern and he definitely proved his worth.
When Nikolaj is not busy helping you to achieve maximum success, he is hanging out with his girlfriend and his cat, Klausen, in their Østerbro flat. He might also be smashing kettlebells in his local crossfit-center or playing computer games on his over-dimensioned laptop.
“Oohh… He sounds lovely how and when do we get in touch? ” you think.
Anytime you need it. Nikolaj will most likely contact you to set up a meeting. He likes to be proactive rather than knocking on your door in the last minute. He knows what you need to get started but he also knows that as you are growing as a company, you also need continuing adjustments on your setup.
